PARK HYATT HOTEL, SHENZHEN | RESIDENCE, MEETING ROOM & JUNIOR BALLROOM

Inspiration was drawn from traditional Chinese scrolls. Long calligraphy art pieces were cut to size and rhythmically hung to tell a visual story around the perimeter of each room.
Finishes selected are neutral and textured to make the spaces appropriate for any event hosted.
The Residence, a gathering area outside the meeting spaces, uses customized brass decorative screens to add a little glimmer and creates space within a space.

Role: Lead designer to space plan, design, render by hand, produce drawing sets and coordinate with consultants to construct the residence, meeting room and junior ballroom.
